A little about me
Hi, I'm Michelle, a Product Designer based in NYC with roots in the Bay Area and a background in biology and healthcare.
Years of working in patient-centered care taught me how to ask better questions, sit with complexity, and advocate for people navigating confusing systems. UX design gave me a creative outlet for all of that. I've since brought that perspective to nonprofits and startups, and deepened my craft through a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction at UCI.
I'm currently seeking freelance and full-time opportunities where research, empathy, and craft come together to create experiences that make people feel more understood.
When I'm not designing, you'll find me wandering new neighborhoods with a matcha, improving my amateur photography skills, or baking for my friends!
